A small TI might run journeyman + apprentice. A retail buildout with a tight timeline often needs 2 journeymen + 2 apprentices to hit the schedule.
Confirm AHJ + ESA scheduling capacity
Calgary inspection windows are tight. Ask the sub when they last booked an inspection and what's their typical lead time with the city.
Get permits sorted up front
