Match the adhesive to the manufacturer
Off-spec adhesive voids most warranties. Confirm the installer is using manufacturer-approved adhesive.
Sequence late — paint, ceilings, trim done
Flooring goes in after most trades close out. Coordinate the sequence so the floor isn't trafficked by other crews.
