Calgary has opened Stage 4 public engagement on proposed floodplain regulations covering the high-hazard flood fringe and groundwater flood fringe.

BILD Calgary Region flagged the update in its Oct. 6 bulletin. The regulations are still in the draft engagement stage, making this relevant to GCs and consultants working around floodplain approvals, site planning and development applications in Calgary.
